This hotel offers great value for money with its prime location just off Times Square, but my stay was marred by significant noise issues. The rooms are small and have a dated feel, and while the service was generally accommodating, there were a few hiccups with amenities. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some positive aspects and some frustrating drawbacks.
